Studio guide

Your first working prototype

The public demo lets you customize interactive app starters and supported native game previews. It is free, and the device workspace needs no signup.

1. Choose a starter

Open the device demo, select a template, and name your project. Your brief is a note about what you want to change; it does not automatically generate an app.

The project library marks which games support customization, which are play-only, and which are coming soon.

2. Customize and save

For app starters, open Advanced → Editor to change source, then save and preview. For supported games, edit the title, tagline and colors; wait for “Your branding is applied,” then save. Advanced console commands such as /files, /edit and /preview work without a connected model.

3. Keep the right backup

  • Source ZIP: the app’s code and brief. It does not contain records entered while using the prototype.
  • Prototype data: lab starters save their records in this browser. Click Export project data inside the preview, then Download prototype data above it. Use Restore prototype data to load that JSON into a project.
  • Editable project backup: restores an app project as a new copy from the device workspace. Native-game backups contain branding and the brief; engine source requires repository access.

Browser data is specific to this site, device and profile. Clearing site data or using a private window can remove it. Download backups before closing a private session or moving to another device.

4. Continue with an account

Cloud access requires signup, verified email and administrator approval. Review times vary; access is not immediate. After verifying your email, use Refresh status. The waiting page checks for approval every 30 seconds while visible.

After approval and your own policy acceptance, choose a device project and Save to this team. App source or game branding and the brief are copied; your device original stays intact. Prototype records and game progress remain local. Sign in on another device to reopen the cloud copy.

Request cloud access

What this demo includes

App starters, local source editing, supported game branding, project backups, and approved cloud project storage. Connected AI console and game presentation tools require an approved account, supported provider configuration, and explicit cost consent.

Automatic prompt-to-app builds, native game provisioning, purchases, and automatic publishing are not enabled in the public demo. Marketplace transactions, robot hardware, video generation, and Blender execution are not performed by their planning prototypes.

Troubleshooting and support

If a game does not acknowledge branding, reload the preview. Keep a backup before clearing browser data. If a save reports a conflict, preserve your edits in a backup and reopen the latest saved copy.

For access, recovery or a failed provider request, contact nick@enginesofcreation.xyz with the page, time, and any displayed reference. Never send passwords or API keys. A provider request with an uncertain outcome should be checked before retrying.
